Fixing paper

Another essential for the steaming process is the fixing paper!

Wrap it around your H Dupont cardboard tube to put it all in the steamer. If one of the colours was not dry enough, no hassle! The fixing paper will absorb the excess paint without damaging the achievement.

It is very important to fix the H Dupont stainable colours to prevent them from fading as soon as you wash!

If you put wax on your fabric, simply steam and the fixing paper will absorb the wax. Once your fabric out, nothing will remain wax!

How to use the fixing paper?

When your realization is dry, place it in fixing paper, itself wrapped around a cardboard tube of a size suitable for your steamer and secure it with tape.

As soon as the steamer is ready, lift the upper part of it to place the tube inside and be careful to put the tip of the lid inside the tube.

Once your room is fixed, wait for the cooling of the steamer so as not to risk burning you. You can now take out the tube and the realization.
