Darwi Fondo Fantasy

The Fondo Fantasy Darwi is a white 3D gesso. Also called stucco in the middle of the French fine arts, this paste is used in painting as a structural paste. It allows to create a relief on the canvas that will be painted.

If you do not want to create relief, the Fondo Fantasy can be applied as a base to increase the adhesion of the paint and reduce the absorption of the paint by the support (canvas, thick paper, cardboard, wood or other) . The surface will also be smoother and even. This will allow you to start your painting on a good foundation.

How to use the Darwi Fondo Fantasy?

When preparing your painting, use the Darwi Fondo Fantasy coating. This will be the first layer on the canvas or on the support you have chosen (wood, cardboard ...). This will be a base. For an application on the whole surface use a large brush. To go into details use a spatula or a brush more precise.

Let it dry for several hours. Once the coating is dry to the touch, you can start painting or choose to apply new coats for a greater volume effect. If on the contrary you want to even the surface, sand the dry matter slightly.

Clean the tools with water without letting the material dry!
