Everything is provided in this basic kit for silk and wool dyeing. Primary colours allow you to make your own blends and create the desired colours. Practice creating mixtures.

There is no need to buy an expensive steamer because after this vinegar bath you can fix the dye in the microwave!

The kit contains:

  • a bottle of H Dupont Classic 50 ml in black

  • a bottle of H Dupont Classique 50 ml in cyan

  • a bottle of H Dupont Classic 50 ml in magenta

  • a bottle of H Dupont Classic 50 ml in primary yellow

  • a vial of H Dupont vinegar 50 ml

  • 3 ml graduated plastic dropper

  • An instruction sheet


How to use the microwave dyeing kit for silk and wool?

Dose the colours with the 3 ml pipette.

When your colour matches your expectations, prepare your dye bath with water. Add 1 to 5% vinegar and 0.5 to 15% colour depending on the desired amount or intensity.

Dye all types of animal fibers.

To secure the realization in the microwave, place a container with water and the fabric in the device. Turn on the microwave for 2 minutes, let it rest for a few seconds then replace the material for 2 minutes again.

Let the finish dry if it is still slightly damp.

Clean your tools with water.
